The Grand Palace

Ayutthaya is a city in Thailand, about 80 km north of Bangkok. It is the former capital of the Kingdom of Siam and had a thriving international trading port from 1350 until the Burmese destroyed it in 1767. The ruins of the old town today form the Ayutthaya Historical Park, an archaeological site with palaces, Buddhist temples, monasteries and statues.

Anyone who travels to Thailand or stays in Bangkok should visit this ruined city. You will experience an exciting but also a magical moment on your trip.

Yes, let's discover the palace!
